TOS / Terms of Service

Payment Options:
- PayPal
-Ko-Fi (Preferred)
- CashApp (Preferred) - No worries if you don't have it!
- Once payment / details are confirmed I will link you either my PayPal or CashApp! Or my Ko-Fi!:･ﾟ✧:･ﾟ✧TOS / Payemt
- Payments are upfront before I start the commission
- If I am unable to start / finish commission you will be refunded. However, besides that I will not accept refunds.:･ﾟ✧:･ﾟ✧
TOS / Usage Of My Work
- You are free to use my work as profile images, wallapers, etc.
- You can upload my work to ToyHouse but please always credit me, if you decide to want to upload anywhere else you must credit me as the original artist. (I would prefer if you ask me before you re-upload)
- You may NOT claim the work I have done for you as your own, please do not state that you created said work / or steal it in any way. (You will be blacklisted)
- Do not use my work to gain profit off it of (Such as selling merch, prints, etc)
- If you decide to use my work in any other ways please contact me first! / Personal use is okay with me though! (Just credit me! / Link back to my OG work):･ﾟ✧:･ﾟ✧
COMMISSION NOTE / TOS:
- I will provide changes/edits if needed however depending on change I will charge extra- NOTE: if you do not ask to see a sketch / any updates I will not provide edits once the work is completely finished.
(If needed 3 edits MAX)Headshot edit: + $3
Halfbody edit: + $5
Fullbody edit: + $8:･ﾟ✧:･ﾟ✧- Please be clear/and in detail of what you want me to make for you. If you do not provide me details I will take artistic freedom in said work. This goes for headshots, halfbodies, and fullbodies.
- If you exceed the edit limit, I will not provide any more edits
- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel the need to do so.

- NOTE: NSFW art is same price range as SFW

- I will do complex designed characters with multiple markings, tails, wings, etc. However, look at my pricing if that applies to you.NO:
- Cars / Vehicles
- Buildings, structures , etc
- Complex backgrounds
-Hateful themes
- Anything religious + religion themes(Ask me if unsure!)
